"I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Chris and State Farm regarding my vehicle repair.
I have had to contact the repair shop every week for updates, and each time I’m given a different completion date. The repeated delays have been extremely frustrating and have caused significant inconvenience.

I’m also very concerned about the quality of the parts being used on my vehicle. I was informed that some parts are being sourced from a junkyard, and unfortunately, some of the parts that have arrived at the shop have already been damaged or broken. I do not feel comfortable having damaged or questionable-quality parts installed on my vehicle, especially after an accident when I expect my car to be properly and safely repaired.

I chose to have my claim handled through State Farm because I expected the repair process to be handled professionally, with quality repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I hope Chris and State Farm will take this situation seriously, address the repeated delays, and ensure that quality, undamaged parts are used so my vehicle is repaired correctly. At this point, I’m simply asking for accountability, communication, and a properly completed repair."
